Being in that class and to hear Michelle say. It cost too much! Eating the sugar, salt etc. All the unhealthy eating. Can cost us our eyesight, can loose limbs!! It really caused me too think about this overeating in a different way!! I've always seen alot of these health challenges up close in my family.I told myself many years ago, that I didn't want any surgery. But, I always Believed in myself that I can do this! I did go ahead and sign up for the 52 week program. I need help with encouragement, because I Believe I can do this, but I haven't done it for for myself. I need to hear others speak about their journey, I need to tools to get out of my own Head over thinking how to accomplish this Huge task for myself!!
